Allen was born on November 7, 1953 in Olney, IL the son of Lorraine and Dorothy (Klingler) Ochs. He married Eileen Holkenbrink on July 12, 1980 in Sacred Heart Catholic Church at Lillyville, IL and she survives. Allen was a lifelong farmer. He served his country in the Army National Guard for 6 years. He was a member of St. Mary of Assumption Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus. Allen was preceded in death by his mother Dorothy Ochs; 2 siblings Joann Mette and Leo Ochs; sister-in-law Mary Ochs and brother-in-law Kenny Mette and a nephew Keith Mette.
