Anthony Wayne Davis, 39

Of Greenup, IL passed away on Monday, October 23, 2017, at 5:05 PM – October 23, 2017, at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center in Mattoon, Illinois.

Visitation will be held 5:00-7:00 PM – Friday, October 27, 2017, at the First Church of the Nazarene 1000 US Highway 40 Casey, Illinois 62420.  Arrangements are under the care of the Meyer Funeral Home Bishop Chapel in Greenup, Illinois.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.

Anthony better known as "Tony" was born November 29, 1977, in Nuremberg, Germany, the son of Orla Cleo and Sandra Dorene (Stewart) Davis, Jr.  He married Crystal Ormsby on December 15, 2001, in Hazel Dell, Illinois.

Tony was a mechanic and was a collector.

Wife of 16 years – Crystal Davis of Greenup, Illinois

Mother – Sandra Pinkston of Casey, Illinois

Father – Orla Cleo Davis, Jr of Mattoon, Illinois

Children – Dakota Davis (girlfriend Kylie Vitaniemi) of Greenup, Illinois and Courtney Davis of Greenup, Illinois

Brother – Joseph (Terra) Davis of Casey, Illinois

Sisters – Amber Hunt of Mattoon, Illinois and Jessica Overton of Paris, Illinois

Mother-in-law – Tammy Ormsby of Greenup, Illinois

Father-in-law – Leonard Ormsby of Greenup, Illinois

Many nieces, nephews and a host of friends survive

Tony was preceded in death by his sister Meghan Davis and his grandparents Wanda Stewart, Donald Stewart, Cliff Erwin and Clara and Orla Cleo Davis, Sr.
