Avis B. Webb, age 84 of Olney, passed away at 9:40 A.M., on Monday, March 4th, 2013 at Richland Memorial Hospital Long Term Care Unit in Olney.

Graveside services will be at 1:00 P.M., on Thursday, March 7th, 2013 at Haven Hill Cemetery in Olney, with Reverend Rick Hertenstein officiating.

Avis was born on November 30th, 1928, in Olney, daughter of Coleman Rodgers and Ada Bernice (Farmer) Rodgers. She later married Robert Webb in 1977. He preceded her in death.

Avis was Lutheran by faith, a homemaker, a loving parent, and will be sadly missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.

She is survived by daughters Theresa Stan of Olney and Gena Ramsey-Quint of Salem, grandchildren Jill Samuel, Jacob Ramsey, Kylene Ramsey and special friend Andrew Trimble, great-grandchildren Leslie Samuel, Madeline Ramsey, and Alivia Ramsey.

She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Webb, parents Coleman and Ada Rodgers, and daughter Marla Webb.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Richland County Humane Society.
