Benny J. Fleming, age 44 of Olney, passed away at 2:36 PM on Saturday, October 15, 2016 at Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney.

Celebration of Life service will be Tuesday October 18 from 6-7 PM in the chapel of Thrasher Family Funeral Home.

Benny was born on April 9, 1972 in Olney, Illinois, the son of Jerry and Sarah (Treece) Fleming.

Benny was an amazing father and fiancé. He faced many challenges, but always tackled them with hope and perseverance. He will always be loved, cherished and remembered as a strong, fun, loving person by family and friends.

Benny is survived by his fiancé Lora Jackson of Olney; father Jerry Fleming of Olney; 2 daughters Sierra Fleming of Oblong, and Raven Fleming of Noble; son Cody Jackson of Olney; dog Ziggy; sister Cheryl Mosier and husband Ron of Olney; 2 brothers Jim Fleming and wife Jackie of Olney and Skylar Fleming of Olney; many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother Sarah (Treece) Fleming.
