Obituary

Betty Gray of Calhoun, passed away on Sunday, April 27th, 2014 at her residence. Mrs. Gray was born July 18, 1942 in Columbus, Ohio. She was the daughter of Joseph A. Hane Sr. and Bernice Millsap Hane. She married Bill Gray on June 11th, 1965. He preceded her in death on July 28th, 1996.

She is survived by one sister, Frances Frasier (James Jr.), 2 brothers, Ken Hane (Linda) of Homestead, Florida, Joseph A. Hane Jr. (Shirley) of Fairfield. Also surviving are 3 children, Lynn Clark, Barbara Dillworth (Steve) and Becky Rennier (Gary). 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Bill, parents Robert and Bernice Earnst and Joseph A. Hane Sr. and wife Leah. Also a brother Robert Clarence Earnst. Also preceding her in death was a nephew Robbie Joe Harmon, grandson Michael Scott Earp and a great-grandchild, Micahylai Rennier and a nephew Lance Paul Frasier.

Betty was a beautician for many years, worked at Big John's grocery and was well known for her baked goods at Farmer's Market. She also played music with Bill in their band "True Country.�
She asked that special thanks be given to friends Bonnie McGrady and other friends and health care workers, Mary Hoecherl, Candy Heath and several other friends who helped out during her illness.
