Beverly Ann Hicks, age 81, of Olney, Illinois, passed away at 12:35 AM – Monday, December 18, 2023, at Richland Nursing and Rehab
in Olney, Illinois.

Visitation will be held at 10:00 - 11:00 AM – Thursday, December 21, 2023, at Meyer Funeral Home in Olney, Illinois, with a service at 11:00 AM, with Pastor Steve Wingert officiating.  Entombment will be in the Hope Mausoleum at Crest Haven Memorial Park near Claremont, Illinois.  In loving memory of Beverly, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Beverly was born on September 17, 1942, in Noble, Illinois, the daughter of Ralph and Doris (Berger) Schwartz.
She married Jimmie Hicks on June 18, 1960, and he survives.
Beverly was a beautician for many years and worked as a clerk at the Red and White.
She was a member of the Free Methodist Church in Olney.
Beverly enjoyed crocheting, playing the piano and played at church for many years, collecting cookbooks, cooking, and baking for family.
She loved Christmas and going to the beach in Florida.

Husband of 63 years – Jimmie Hicks of Olney, Illinois
Children – Brad Hicks (Jill Davis) of Gibsonville, North Carolina; Jeff (Angela) Hicks of Jasper, Indiana;
Bryan Hicks of Centralia, Illinois; and Lori (Don) Kline of Huntingburg, Indiana
Brother – Gary (Cheryl) Schwartz of Jasper, Indiana
Sister – Barbara (Greg) Thomas of Olney, Illinois

23 Great Grandchildren and 1 on the way
