Bill Harrolle, age 71 of Olney, passed away at 4:45 AM on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at Carle Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney.

Funeral service will be at 10 AM on Saturday, May 26, 2018 in the chapel of Thrasher Family Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to service in the chapel of Thrasher Family Funeral Home. Burial will be at Haven Hill Memorial Gardens in Olney. Pastor Erik Hopkins will be officiating.

Bill was born on January 29, 1947, in West Salem, the son of Ernie and Marilyn (Auldridge) Harrolle. He later married Betty Jo Gibbs on November 15, 1983 in Newton. She survives.

He was a factory worker and worked in the oil fields for many years. He attended First Baptist Church in Olney. He will be sadly missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.

Bill is survived by his wife Betty Jo Harrolle of Olney; son Bill Harrolle of Olney; 4 daughters, Tammy Cheadle (Danny) of Yale, Lisa Totten (Joey) of Olney, Rene' Gibbs of Evansville, Cheryl Ash of Lawrenceville; 2 sisters Sue Glover (Jim) of Calhoun and Diane Colwell of Olney; 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents Ernie and Marilyn Harrolle, 3 brothers Joe, Donnie, and Ernie Harrolle, 2 sisters Kathy Baker and Judy Ray and son-in-law Reggie Sanders.
