Mrs. Carletta Louise French, age 69
Of Toledo, IL and formerly of Wheeler, IL passed away at 5:50 AM - Friday, October 28, 2011 at Cumberland Rehab and Health Care in Greenup, IL.
Private family services will be held. Arrangements are under the care of Blake-Wright Funeral Home in Dieterich, IL.Memorials may be made to the Lincolnland Hospice or American Cancer Society.
Carletta was born on January 19, 1942 in Wheeler, IL the daughter of Carl and Iona (Yoder) James. She married Emery Dean French on September 17, 1960 and he preceded her in death on October 22, 1985.
Carletta was a homemaker, mother and caregiver. She was a member of the Latona Church of Christ and she enjoyed watching Nascar and hunting.
Carletta is survived by: 4 children - Brian French of Henderson, KY; Debbie McVaigh of Newton, IL; Anna Brandmeyer of Germantown, IL and Christy Black of Bridgeport, IL
Grandchildren – Jacob Geier, Haley Geier, Lucas Geier, Benjamin Brandmeyer, Adam Black and Isaac Black
Great Grandchildren – Austin Brandmeyer, Lacey Brandmeyer and Triniti Carlson

Carletta was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 grandchildren Clayton Geier and Casey Brandmeyer and a sister Becky James.
