Carolyn was born in West Union, Illinois, on January 16, 1939, the daughter of Clement "Tim" and Opal Fairy (Collier) Paddock.

She married Gordon Jones in 1965 and to this union one son was born.

She worked for many years at Wal-Mart in Effingham, Illinois.

She was an animal lover.

Carolyn is survived by-

Children- Julie Hewitt-Salesbury, Nicki Wipf and Grady Jones

Grandchildren- Jordan LaRosae and Destry Tartack

Granddog- Budrow

Sister- Peggy Dolan

Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents and brother Jack Paddock.
