Charles Smith Jr., age 60 of Olney, passed away on January 28, 2026, at Carle Richland Memorial Hospital.  Charles was born on June12, 1965, in Fort Dix, New Jersey, the son Charles and Vivian (Drews) Smith.

Charles worked at Richland Care and Rehab AKA Burgin Manor for 30 years in the maintenance department. Charles was a super funny man with the ability to make people laugh. He was a wonderful musician and had the ability to play several instruments including the piano, keyboard, banjo and several others, but he especially loved playing the guitar. He was a proficient artist using several different media, but loved photograph, drawing and painting.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents and brother Karl Smith
