Charlotte A. Utley, age 73 of Olney, passed away at 12:45 AM, on Thursday, December 25th, 2014 at Helia Arch Health Care Center in Olney.

Cremation rites will be accorded and there are no formal services planned.

Charlotte was born on May 27th, 1940, the daughter of John McGuire and Rosie (Patten) McGuire. She later married Ronald Conover who preceded her in death. She later married William Utley from whom she was divorced.

She loved flowers and putting out a huge garden every year.

Charlotte is survived by brother Larry Mcguire, sisters, Carolyn Dunn and Barbara Hamilton, step children Randy Utley, Sandy Friedrich, Tony Utley, Jeanne Reynolds, Leslie Smith, Shawn Robertson, Billie Lake and Shelly Crites. She had many grandchildren and great grandchildren that she was absolutely crazy about!  She loved each and every one of them.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Ronald Conover  and 1 brother Harold McGuire.
