Clella Lucille Gowin, age 85, of Newton, Illinois, passed away at 7:39 PM – Tuesday, October 29, 2019, at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM - Monday, November 4, 2019, at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Newton, Illinois with Rick Britton officiating.

In loving memory of Clella, memorials may be made to the Family.

Clella was born on July 27, 1934, in Jasper County, Illinois the daughter of Cloyce and Edith (Coon) Price.  She married Robert Dale Gowin in 1956, and he preceded her in death.

Clella was a member of the Good Shepard Lutheran Church.

She enjoyed attending senior dances each week, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.

3 Sons - Arthur Boldrey of Haines City, Florida

Dennis Boldrey of Newton, Illinois

Robert "Robbie" Gowin of Newton, Illinois

Sister- Evelyn Shyrock of Elgin, Illinois

Grandchildren - Brian Boldrey of Newton, Illinois

Caitlin (Jake) Bower of Newton, Illinois

4 Great Grandchildren

Clella was preceded in death by her parents, husband, grandson Anthony Boldrey, three brothers Junior, Claude and Donnie Price.
