Colleen Baughman, age 73

Colleen Baughman, of Dieterich, Illinois, passed away at 1:10 PM – Monday, February 20, 2017, at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM (Noon) - Friday, February 24, 2017, at the Meyer Funeral Home in Dieterich, Illinois, with Nate Hagen officiating.  Burial will be in the Dieterich Village Cemetery in Dieterich, Illinois.  Visitation will be held 2 hours before the service.  In loving memory of Colleen, memorials may be made to the donor's choice.

Colleen was born on October 14, 1943, in Tuscola, Illinois, the daughter of Harold Eugene and Melzena (Mayfield).  She married Robert Ray Baughman on August 9, 1965, in San Antonio, Texas, and he preceded her in death on June 10, 2013.

Colleen was a homemaker and loving mother.  She attended Latona Church of Christ for several years.   She enjoyed doing crafts and going for walks.

Hailey and Evan Baughman of Germantown Hill, Illinois

Great Grandchildren – Jaxton and Hunter Chastain of Mattoon, Illinois

Brother – William McDade of Atwood, Illinois

Mother-in-law - Maxine Chapin of Mattoon, Illinois

Colleen was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Brian Keith Baughman, brother Paul McDade, sisters Rosie Clifton and Delores Swisher and father-in-law Ray Baughman.
