Mr. Daniel Lloyd "Danny" Lingafelter, age 73
Of Willow Hill, IL passed away at 10:29 AM - Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, IL.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM – Saturday, September 17, 2011 at the Blake-Buchanan Funeral Home in Newton, IL with Rev. Richard Houser officiating. Burial will be in the Shiloh Cemetery west of Willow Hill, IL. Visitation will be held 1 hour before the service.
Danny was born on February 1, 1938 in Willow Hill, IL the son of Harold and Henrietta (White) Lingafelter. He married Juanita Harris on December 9, 1993.
Danny served his country in the United States Army.
Danny owned and operated D&J Cafe in Willow Hill for 17 years. He also worked at Willow Hill Grain and ran Danny's concession stand at area county fairs for many years.
Danny enjoyed gardening, cooking and canning.

2 Brothers – David (Debbie) Lingafelter of Willow Hill, IL
Philip (Camilia) Lingafelter of Pleasant Plains, IL
2 Sisters – Lana (Doug) Staley of Newton, IL
Jacquelyn McHenry of Littleton, CO
Several Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren also survive.
Danny was preceded in death by his dad and a brother Larry Lingafelter.
