Delores Jean Stadge age 78 of Olney, passed away at 12:35 am on Saturday, August 17th, 2013 at Helia Arch Health Care Center in Olney.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, August 20th, from 6 - 8 pm in the Chapel of Stasi-Grove Funeral Home in Olney funeral services will be 11:00 AM, on Wednesday, August 21st, also at the funeral home. Burial will be in Crest Haven Memorial Park in Claremont, with the Reverend Berton Heleine and Reverend Chris Jennette conducting the service.

Delores was born on September 26th, 1934 in Fairfield, Illinois the daughter of Roy and Mary (Akins) Cook. She married John Walter Stadge on April 17th, 1954 in Shelbyville, Illinois. He survives.

Delores was a long time member of Cornerstone Christian Church in Noble and has been attending Calvary Baptist Church in Olney. She was a factory worker for many years and a homemaker. She loved her family dearly and enjoyed planting flowers. She will be sadly missed by her family, church family, friends, neighbors and all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband John W. Stadge of Olney, son John Ray, and his wife Sandra of Olney, daughters Debra Kay Weck, and her husband Jim of Olney, Judith L Stadge of Olney, sister Donna Hill of Olney, brother Larry Cook, and his wife Ann of Florida, 3 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents Roy and Mary Cook, 3 brothers, Kenneth Cook, Jerry Cook, Delbert Cook, and 2 sisters, Margie Jennings, and Margaret Cook.
