Donna was born April 1, 1937, the daughter of Roy and Mary (Akin) Cook of Noble, Illinois.

Donna attended Calvary Baptist Church with her niece Debra Weck.  She enjoyed reading her Bible and other books, watching TV, and doing crossword and word search puzzles.

Donna is survived by her daughter Connie Jefferson and husband Matt of Elizabethtown, Illinois, son Terry Pflaum of Texas, brother Larry Cook of Deltona, Florida, special niece Debra Weck of Olney, Illinois, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Donna is preceded in death by her parents, daughter Brenda Pflaum, son Bobby Pflaum, sisters Delores Stadge and Marjie Jennings, and brothers Jerry Cook, Kenneth Cook and Delbert Cook.

Private services for Donna will be held at a later date.
