Donnie G. Ford Jr., age 61, passed away May 26, 2024, at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois.

A Memorial Service for Donnie will be held at 2:00 PM – Friday, June 7, 2024, at Potters House Ministry in Newton, Illinois.
A visitation for family and friends will be held for 1 hour prior to the service.

Donnie was born January 12, 1963, the son of Donnie G. and Mary (Pierce) in Monticello, Illinois.
He married Cheryl Ball on September 22, 2012; they had been together since 1999.
Donnie was a major wrestling fan and watched it any time he could.
He was an avid wood worker, making many items for his family to enjoy.
He loved the outdoors, nature and wildlife and would often take long drives just to see the country.

Donnie is survived by his wife Cheryl of Newton, Illinois;
his parents Donnie and Mary Ford of Newton, Illinois
his children; Kurtis Ford, Trent Ford, Christopher (Nikka) Ford, Danielle Ford and Lacy Ford
his step-children; Jesse Jayne (Shelby Lewis), Cecilia Rogers (Matt Deann), Leda (John) Baker, Amber (John Sr.) Dryden
his sister Kathy (Donald) Newkirk, Betty (Ronny) Sparks and Tammy Snyder
Several grandchildren and step-grandchildren
many Nieces and Nephews

Donnie is preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents.
