Fairy A. Hawk, age 74 of Olney, went home to be with her Lord at 6:55 PM on Thursday, January 23rd, 2014 at Deaconess Main Campus Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.

Visitation will be from 4-7 PM on Monday, January 27th in the chapel of  Stasi-Grove Funeral Home in Olney. Funeral service will be at 12 (NOON) on Tuesday, January 28th in the chapel of Stasi-Grove Funeral Home with burial in the Haven Hill Memorial Gardens. Reverend Paul Goss will be officiating.

Fairy was born on May 26th, 1936, the daughter of Earl and Agnes (Long) Michels. She later married Frank Hawk on October 3rd, 1959 in Bluford, Illinois. He precedes.

She was a faithful member of the First Assembly of God Church in Olney and worked as an EKG Technologist for many years. She will be sadly missed by her family, friends, and everyone who knew her.

She is survived by three daughters, Trisha French, and her husband Phillip of Olney, Tonya Reisinger, and her husband Curtis of Loveland, Ohio, and Donna Hopp, and her husband Bryan of Crystal Lake, Illinois; one sister, Evelyn Pierson, of Vergennes, Illinois; 6 grandchildren, Joshua Strong and significant other Amy Brock, Shane Stadge and significant other Mandy, Zachary Young, Curtis Reisinger II, Skyler Reisinger and Lily Hopp; 2 great-grandchildren, Jackson Strong and Jameson Strong.

Fairy was preceded in death by her husband Frank Hawk; parents Earl and Agnes Michels; 5 brothers, Earl Michels Jr., Donald Michels, William Michels, Jack Michels, and infant brother Charles Michels.

Memorials can be made to the First Assembly of God Church in Olney.
