Harold Eugene "Butch" Kemper, age 69

Harold Eugene "Butch" Kemper, age 69, of Danville, Illinois, and formerly of Casey, Illinois, passed away at 4:50 AM – Friday, December 6, 2019, at OSF Sacred Heart Medical Center in Danville, Illinois.

Celebration of life will be held at 2:00 PM – Saturday, December 14, 2019, at the Plum Grove Church 1851 County Road 900 N Greenup, Illinois 62428, with a meal to follow. In loving memory of Butch, memorials may be made to the Meyer Funeral Home 115 East Lincoln Drive Greenup, Illinois 62428.  Arrangements are under care of the Meyer Funeral Home – Bishop Chapel in Greenup, Illinois.

Harold Eugene "Butch" Kemper was born on January 11, 1950, in Greenup, Illinois, the son of Elmer and Erma Dell (Craig) Kemper. Butch worked for Ettelbrick Shoe Factory for many years. He enjoyed fishing in his spare time.

Butch is survived by:

Daughter - Tina Thompson of Mattoon, Illinois

Brothers - Eddie Kemper, Jewett, Illinois, Jack Kemper, Westfield, Illinois, and David Kemper of Joliet, Illinois.

Butch was preceded in death by his parents, sister Peggy Kemper, and brothers Richard, Billy Ray, and Larry Kemper.
