Howard James Hutton, age 83 of Olney passed away at 10:46 AM, on Friday,  February 6th, at his residence in Olney. Cremation rites will be accorded and no formal services are planned at this time.

Howard was born on July 16th, 1931 in Charleston, Illinois the son of Howard Keith and Maude (England) Hutton. He later married Helen Sajbert on September 3rd, 1960 in Charleston, IL. He is a retired IRS Officer and held a BS in Education. He was PFC in the Army Infantry and is a Korean War Veteran.

He is survived by his wife Helen of Olney, son Paul Howard Hutton of Sacramento, CA, brothers Bill Hutton, Don Hutton and Dan Hutton and sister Peggy Gilland and 3 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents Howard Keith and Maude Hutton, and a sister Virginia Williams.
