Irma Louise (Comstock) Price Lancaster, age 79
of Streamwood, Illinois and formerly of Dieterich, Illinois passed away at 8:53 PM - Monday, September 14, 2015 at Lexington Rehabilitation Center in Streamwood, Illinois.
Funeral services celebrating Irma's life will be held at 11:00 AM – Saturday, September 19, 2015 at the Meyer Funeral Home in Dieterich, Illinois with Jeff Michals officiating. Burial will be in the Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Newton, Illinois. Visitation will be held 2 hours before the service. In loving memory of Irma, memorials may be made to the family for expenses.
Irma was born in Winterrowd, Illinois on January 6, 1936 the daughter of Cole and Hazel Comstock. She married Everett Junior Price on March 4, 1955 and he preceded her in death on August 8, 1959. She then married Ronald Lancaster on March 5, 1960 and preceded her in death on October 16, 2007.
Irma lived in several towns in Northern Illinois before moving to Streamwood. She worked at several local factories before becoming a Custodian in School District 54, where she retired from in 2005. She also served as a lunch mom in Oak Hill School after her retirement.
Irma is survived by Children – Loretta (David) Wilson of Campton Hills Illinois; Lyle Price of Effingham, Illinois; Everett Price of Streamwood, Illinois; Ronald (Dawn) Lancaster of Schaumburg, Illinois; Cindy (Dean) Kydydyk of Minooka, Illinois and Carl (Jackie) Lancaster, Schaumburg Illinois.
Grandchildren Rigel Nelson, Thor Wilson, Samantha, Heide, Leslie and Cole Price, Larry Price, Weston Lancaster, Misty Lancaster, Brandon Loy, Seth Kydydyk, Morgan, Jocelyn and Jack Lancaster. 9 Great-Grand-children and a sister June Douthit-Page of Effingham, Illinois.
