Israel William "Bill" Utley age 82, of Olney, Illinois, and formerly of Newton, Illinois, passed away at 4:33 PM – Wednesday, December 20, 2023, in Vincennes, Indiana.
Private family services will be held.  Arrangements are under the care of the Meyer Funeral Home in Olney, Illinois.

Israel William, better known as "Bill" was born on December 1, 1941 to Charles Eugene and Ruth (Christine) Utley in Robinson, Illinois.

Bill was a truck driver for the coal industry, loved to fish and enjoyed getting together with his family for food and fellowship,
he was also was an avid gardener.

Bill is survived by his children; Randy (Michelle) Utley of Noble, Illinois; Tony (Regina) Utley of Noble, Illinois;
Matthew (Courtney)  Wilson of Lafayette, Indiana; Shawn  Robertson of Spencer, Indiana; Jeanne Reynolds of Noble, Illinois;
Shelly Crites of Indianapolis, Indiana; Leslie (Johnny) Smith of Spencer, Indiana; and Sandy (Andrew) Friedrich of Pensacola, Florida.
27 Grandchildren and 16 Great-Grandchildren
Sister - Ruth Ann (Chuck) Bergbower of Newton, Illinois
Son-In-law - Rob Luke of Bloomington, Indiana
Sister-In-Law - Sue Utley of Flat Rock, Illinois

Bill was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Billie Lake, brother Charles" Sonny"  Utley,  sisters Rosie Wallace and Lily Shook.
