Mr. Jeffrey Lee Carrell, age 48
Of Paris, IL and formerly of Greenup, IL passed away at 11:54 AM - Thursday, January 3, 2013 at his home.
Funeral services will held at 7:00 PM – Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at the Bishop Funeral Home in Greenup, IL. Visitation will be held 1hour before the service at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the family.
Jeffrey was born on October 14, 1964 in Stuttgart, West Germany the son of Rodger and Harriet (Sutherlin) Carrell.
Jeffrey served his country in the United States Army and was a veteran of Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He was employed at Teri's Threads in Paris.
Jeffrey enjoyed role playing games and participating in reenactments of the French and Indian War.
Jeffrey is survived by:
Mother Harriet Carrell of Greenup, IL
Brother – Ross Carrell of Kansas, IL
Sister – Chris Jackson of Casey, IL
3 Nieces – Samantha and Zoe Carrell and Courtney Jackson
Nephew – Alexander Carrell
Great Nephew – Bleu Jackson
Jeffrey was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.
