Jeffrey Allen Newlin, age 48

May 21, 1974 – April 8, 2023

Jeffrey Allen Newlin, age 48, of Yale, Illinois, passed away at 11:53 AM - Saturday, April 8, 2023, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, Indiana.

Jeffrey was born on May 21, 1974, in Charleston, Illinois, the son of Gerald Eugene and Elizabeth Ann "Liz" (Wyatt) Newlin.  He graduated from Newton Community High School with the Class of 1992.

Jeffrey worked as truck driver and helped his dad farm.  He enjoyed fishing and driving around the county.

Jeffrey is survived by:

Father – Gerald Newlin (fiancé Linda Craney) of Yale, Illinois

Brothers – Tim (wife Deanna) Newlin of Calhoun, Illinois; and Scott (wife Crystal) Newlin of Newton, Illinois

Nieces – Ashley, Kayla, Kylie, and Shania

Several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.

Jeffrey was preceded in death by his mother, paternal grandparents, Ronald and Helen Newlin and maternal grandparents, Floyd and Emma Deed Wyatt.
