Judith Darlene Fore Eckiss, of Clay City, passed away on March 15th, 2015 at Helia Healthcare in Olney.

A Celebration of Life service will occur on Wednesday, March 18th, at 11 AM at Cornerstone Community Church in Noble, IL, with arrangements by Thrasher Family Funeral Home.

Judy was born on March 1, 1941, to parents Clarence Fore and Cleo Marks Fore. She married Billy R. Eckiss on July 1, 2000. Judy was a member of the Cornerstone Community Church in Noble, IL.

Judy was known for her extremely generous and loving spirit. She loved completely, especially her family, children and the elderly. She worked in healthcare and in elder care throughout her lifetime, and was always happiest when helping others. Anyone who knew her was a recipient of her selflessness and generosity. She was unafraid to fight for the rights of others, and had a voracious sweet tooth. She loved collecting and enjoying pig figurines and spoiling children. The world is better because of her.

Judy is survived by her husband Billy, two brothers, Jim Zollars and fiancé Karen, of Olney, Billy Zollars and wife Judy, of Olney,  sister Rena Zollars Meritt and husband Jim, of Olney,  two grandsons, Billy Weston Jr. and Cody Duane Miller, three great-grandchildren, two great great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her father Clarence Fore, her parents, EJ and Cleo Zollars, her son Jackie Miller, brother Dale Fore, and grandson Donnie Gene Long.
