Judy Kay Phillips, age 74, of Olney, Illinois, passed away at 9:22 PM – Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at Helia Healthcare in Olney, Illinois.

Judy was born on October 9, 1949, in Newman, Illinois, the daughter of Russell L. and Janet C. (Campbell) Woods.  She married Richard L. Phillips on September 12, 1970, in Danville, Illinois.

Judy was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.  She was a member of the Free Methodist Church and enjoyed quilting, gardening, canning, and baking.

Husband of 53 years – Richard L. Phillps of Olney, Illinois

Sons – Robert Phillips and Roger (Chrissy) Phillips of Olney, Illinois

Grandchildren – Terence, Monica (Dillion), Payton, Ryan, Cameron, Hadley, and Josh

Great Grandchild – Sawyer

Brothers – Mike (Shelia) Woods of Pinckneyville, Illinois; and Ralph Russell (Linda) Woods of Westville, Illinois

Sisters – Nancy (Roger) Kelly of Steelville, Illinois; Brenda Valangeon of Westville, Illinois

Judy was preceded in death by her parents, and a son Russell Phillips.
