Keith E. Ochs, 39, of Olney, passed away at 1:25 PM on Thursday, May 26, 2022 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana.

Celebration of Life service will be at 3 PM on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at Calhoun Community Building in Calhoun. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time. Cremation rites will be accorded. Pastor Steve Wingert will be officiating.

Keith was born on November 6, 1982 in Olney, the son of Edward L. and Peggy (Franklin) Ochs. He later married Rachel Watson on May 28, 2004 in Olney. She survives.

He worked in construction for a time and also worked at Wal-Mart Super Center in Olney. He was a member of Free Methodist Church in Olney. He enjoyed fishing and hanging out with his family and friends.

Keith is survived by his wife Rachel Ochs of Olney; parents Edward and Peggy Ochs of Calhoun; brother Anthony Ochs of Wayne City; 4 sisters Natasha Milton (Jackie) of Paris, TN, Crystal Tarpley (Jim) of Berryville, Katie Hahn (Matt) of Taylorville, Bonnie Siner (Chris) of Farmersburg, IN; father-in-law Herschel Watson of Fairfield; mother-in-law Carol Page (John) of Ohio; sister-in-law Jennifer Watson (Ron Starks) of Fairfield; brother-in-law William Truitt of Olney; several nieces and nephews; a great-nephew; and many close friends.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents and step-mother-in-law Pat Humes.

Memorials can be sent to the funeral home to help pay for final expenses in memory of Keith E. Ochs.
