Kent Douglas Wilson, Sr., age 55, of Newton, Illinois and formerly of Willow Hill, Illinois, passed away at 1:45 PM – Thursday, May 14, 2020 at his home.
Private services will be held. Arrangements are under the care of the Meyer Funeral Home in Newton, Illinois. In loving memory of Kent, memorials may be made to the Meyer Funeral Home, 307 West Jourdan Street, Newton, Illinois 62448. The obituary can be viewed and condolences left at www.meyerfh.com .
Kent Douglas was born on August 22, 1964, in Illinois, the son of Billy Jarvis and Beverly (Johnson) Wilson.
Kent had been a construction worker.
Kent is survived by:
Children – Kent Douglas Wilson, Jr. and Clint Bruce Wilson
5 Grandchildren
Sisters – Becky Jorgensen and Robin Buehring
Brothers - Clint Wilson and Brent Wilson
Kent was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Roberta Boldrey.
