Larry E. "Pappy" Kibler, age 87 of Olney, Illinois, passed away surrounded by his loving family, on June 15, 2025, at Linda E. White Hospice House in Evansville, Indiana.

Larry was born on January 7, 1938, at home in rural Jasper County, Illinois, the son of Perry and Evelyn (Newlin) Kibler. He married his wife Beatrice Scott on December 19, 1958, in Newton, Illinois, and she survives.

Services will be held on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the First Assembly of God Church in Olney, Illinois, with visitation for 1 hour prior to services at the church.  Burial will be held following the service at Bethel Cemetery northwest of West Liberty, Illinois, in Jasper County.  In lieu flowers memorials may be made to the Linda E. Larry worked at Prairie Farms Dairy delivering milk for 40 years before his retirement. He loved his job and his co-workers at Prairie Farms were more than friends, they became family. He was a member of the Teamsters Union and a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Olney, Illinois.  Larry loved his wife and family. He would attend his children and grandchildren's school and extracurricular activities as often as possible.  He loved traveling, camping, water and snow skiing and being outdoors.

great-grandchildren: Conner Akers and Lexie Akers

Larry was preceded in death by his parents, son Scott Kibler, brother Rex Kibler,
brother-in-laws Kenny Bower, Danny Bigard, Larry Scott and sister-in-law Arlene Bower.
