Dr. Lee Roy Hren, DDS age 71
Of Newton, IL passed away at 12:01 AM - Sunday, October 2, 2011 at St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham, IL.
A Remembrance of Dr. Hren's life will be held at 1:00 PM – Saturday, October 15, 2011 at the
Ambraw River Eagles Lodge #4475, 8863 North State Hwy 130, Newton, IL. Arrangements are under the care of the Blake-Buchanan Funeral Home in Newton, IL.
Dr. Hren was born on September 9, 1940 in Chicago, IL the son of Louis M. and Ann H. (Turk) Hren.
He served his country in the United States Air Force from 1963 until 1969.
Dr. Hren was an active member of the Ambraw River Aerie Eagles #4475, Newton, IL serving as Vice President. He enjoyed his dogs (Pluto), golf, poker, boating and travel, especially to Costa Rica.
Dr. Hren is survived by his brother Dr. Robert Hren, DDS of Wheaton, IL
Nephews & Niece- Barry Hren, Julie (Adam) Ippolito and David (Chrissy) Hren
Sister-in-law Susan Hren
Great Nephew Caden and Great Nieces Isabelle and Sophie also survive
And his special companion, his dog Pluto.
Dr. Hren was preceded in death by his parents.
