Lee Orville Swinson, age 79, of Olney, Illinois, passed away on August 15, 2026, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, Indiana.

Lee was born on December 1, 1946, in Olney, Illinois, the son of Orville and Opal (Bare) Swinson.
Lee married his wife Sharon Hunt on May 15, 2006, in Louisville, Illinois and she survives.

Services will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at 1:00 PM. at the Antioch Christian Church rural Olney, Illinois, 
with a visitation for family and friends for 1 hour prior to the service at the church.
 Arrangements are under the care of Meyer Funeral Home in Olney.
 In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to Sharon Swinson to help with expenses.

Lee loved working on and restoring old cars, teaching his children and grandchildren how to work on them also.
 Lee would spend time with his family and friends and would sit on the front porch with his dogs and talk to any person who would stop by.
He never knew a stranger.
