Leonard Loren Robards, age 81
July 15, 1940 – February 9, 2022
Leonard Loren Robards, age 81, of Mattoon, Illinois and formerly of Effingham, Illinois and Jasper County, Illinois, passed away at 6:55 AM – Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at Palm Terrace in Mattoon, Illinois.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM – Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at the Wheeler Cemetery in Wheeler, Illinois, with Tom Matson officiating. Arrangements are under the care of the Meyer Funeral Home in Dieterich, Illinois. The obituary can be viewed and condolences left at www.meyerfh.com .
Loren was born on July 15, 1940, in Wheeler, Illinois, the son of Harry Jefferson Robards and Opal (Lytle) Robards.
Leonard had worked as a farm hand.
Leonard is survived by:
Siblings – Joe Robards, Anita Harris and Curtis Robards.
Leonard was preceded in death by his parents and several siblings.
