Louise Alberta (Cochran) Parrott, age 85 of Olney, passed away at 8:45 PM on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at Helia Healthcare in Olney.

Private family service will be at 1 PM on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 in the chapel of Thrasher Family Funeral Home. Graveside service open to the public will be at 1:45 PM in the chapel of Crest Haven Memorial Park in Claremont. Burial will be at Crest Haven Memorial Park. Pastor Kevin McGinnis will be officiating.

Louise was born on April 4, 1935 in Hord the daughter of Thomas and Mary (Davis) Cochran. She later married James Parrott on March 14, 1954 in Flora. He preceded her in death on April 30, 2019.

She was a homemaker for many years. She was a member of Eureka Church of Christ in Claremont. She enjoyed telling stories and keeping her home nice.

Louise is survived by her 2 daughters Delores Kay Knight of Albion and Alice Moudy (Roy Dee) of Allendale; and 8 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband James Parrott, parents Thomas and Mary Cochran, 2 brothers Harlan 'Curly' Cochran and Thomas Everett, 2 sisters Mae James and Della Mary Arnold, a great-granddaughter and 2 nieces Judy Kocher and Theresa Thomas.
