Marjorie "Lucille� Michels Dugan, age 97 of Olney, passed away at 7:00 AM, on Tuesday, July 16th, 2013 at Burgin Manor in Olney.

Cremation rites will be accorded and a graveside memorial service has been scheduled for 1:00 PM, on Friday, July 26th, 2013 at Mt. Zion Cemetery located between Clay City and Flora, Illinois.

Lucille was born on June 20th, 1916 in Olney the daughter of David and Edith (Osterman) Michels. She later married James Daniel Dugan. He precedes her.

She was a homemaker and enjoyed reading, sewing, and doing yard work especially taking care of her flowers. She was of Christian faith and will be sadly missed by her family, friends and all that knew her.

Lucille is survived by her son Michel Dugan of Olney; daughter Rita Shearer, and husband Kenneth of Demotte, Indiana; 8 grandchildren, Shawn Dugan, Tiffany Cotheren, Brad Shearer, Lynn Antkowiak, Christine Masick, Deborah Newlin, Brenda Hutter, and Mason Wilson; 19 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great- grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband James Daniel, parents David and Edith, daughter Peggy Willits, son James Richard Dugan, and one grandson Greg Wilson.

Memorials may be sent to the Richland County Special Olympics in memory of Marjorie "Lucille� Dugan.
