Marsha J. Dilley, age 88 of Olney, passed away on November 22, 2025, at Richland Care and Rehab in Olney, Illinois.  Marsha was born on February 9, 1937, at home in Clay City, Illinois, the daughter of Pearl Franklin and Lottie O. (Staser) Loye. Private family services will be held at a later date.  Arrangements are under the care of Meyer Funeral Home in Olney. Marsha married Charles Oscar Dilleyas part of the Clay City Centennial celebration in 1955, in an outdoor celebration at Mills Park. Tey resided in Kansas City and later divorced.  Marsha worked for over 20 years as an Executive Secretary for Dresser Industries' Magcobar division in Olney and later in Oklahoma City.   She was proud member of the Southern Illinois Desk and Derrick Association for many years and served as the president for one year.
