Michael A. Tovo, 61 of Dundas passed away at 9:01 PM on Friday, August 27, 2021 at Carle Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney.

A Celebration of Life service will be from 2-5 PM on Sunday, October 17, 2021 at the Dundas Ruritan in Dundas. Cremation rites will be accorded.

Michael was born on November 1, 1959 in Chicago, the son of Louis and Alma (Allen) Tovo. He later married Brenda Wayman on December 17, 1983 in Robinson.

Michael was in the United States Army as a SP4. He worked as a fork lift driver for many years. He was Baptist by faith and enjoyed collecting coins and stamps. He also enjoyed being a ham operator.

Michael is survived by his wife Brenda Tovo of Dundas; brother William Tovo (Angie) of Palestine; 3 sisters Helen Schwartz (Steve) of Olney, Patricia Siddens (Tim) of Dundas and Carol Page (John) of Ohio; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Louis and Alma Tovo, grandparents, sister Linda Tate and brother Tim Tovo.
