Michelle L. (Croslow) Allen, 55 of Clay City, passed away at 12:25 PM on Friday, July 23, 2021 at her residence.

Graveside service will be at 11:30 AM on Friday, August 6, 2021 at Maple Dale Cemetery in Olney. Memorial gathering will follow at the Olney VFW. The Richland County Veteran's Organization will be officiating.

Michelle was born on June 26, 1966 in Champaign, the daughter of Wallace 'Gene' and Gloria (Snivley) Croslow. She later married Dylan Allen on November 22, 2019 in Olney. He survives.

She was a PFC in the United States Army. She was a homemaker for several years. She attended Elm Street Christian Church in Olney. She loved searching for arrowheads and rocks. She also enjoyed mushroom hunting, being outdoors, crocheting, quilting, and going antique shopping.

Michelle is survived by her husband Dylan Allen; 3 daughters Chelsey Croslow Sterchi, Chasady Sparks Toliver and husband Adam, and Chayley Brummitt Persinger; 7 grandchildren Trevor Jones, Carter Toliver, Bailey Sterchi, Callie Sterchi, Brylee Toliver, Kynslee Toliver, and Gloria Maxey; sister Deanna Croslow Newlin and husband Tim; 3 nieces Ashley Savage, Kayla Muncy and Kylie Newlin.

She is preceded in death by her parents Gene and Gloria Croslow and grandparents Glen and Blanch Snivley.
