Norma Jean (Morgan) Grove, 92, of Vincennes, formerly of Olney, passed away at 11:20 PM on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at Bridgepointe Health Campus in Vincennes.

Visitation will be held at Crest Haven Cemetery from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Wednesday, January 11, 2022. Memorial services will follow at 11:00 AM. Burial will be at Crest Haven Memorial Park in Claremont. Cremation rights will be accorded.

She was born April 2, 1930 in Richland County, the daughter of Willis and Hazel (Holtz) Morgan.

Norma worked for several years at the Olney IGA as the bakery/deli manager. She also enjoyed baking beautiful birthday and wedding cakes in her home. She was also an avid St. Louis Cardinal/Yadi and Nascar/Jeff Gordon fan.

She is survived by four daughters Debbie McWhirter of Carmi, Judy Johnson of Palm Coast, Florida, Janet Grove of Vincennes, and Lisa Bruner of Claremont; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; brother John Morgan (Arlene) of Olney; sister-in-law Claudia Morgan of Olney.

Norma is preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters Charlotte and Alberta and brother Don Morgan.

The family would like to thank the wonderful staff of Fox River in Olney and Bridgepointe Health Campus in Vincennes for taking such good care of their mother. They will be forever grateful.
