Norma F. Nadler, age 86
of Newton, Illinois passed away at 5:07 PM – Friday, April 3, 2015 at Willowbrook in Effingham, Illinois.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM – Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at Meyer Funeral Home in Dieterich, Illinois with Carroll Ross officiating. Burial will be in the Scott Cemetery in rural Winterrowd, Illinois. Visitation will be held 5:00-7:00 PM – Monday, April 6, 2015 at the funeral home. In loving memory of Norma, memorials may be made to the Winterrowd Christian Church or to The Gideons International.
Norma was born on November 4, 1928 in Garrett, Illinois the daughter of Samuel and Julia (Blankenship) Kingery. She married Kenneth Nadler on November 22, 1947 in Winterrowd, Illinois and he survives.
Norma was a homemaker and a longtime member of the Winterrowd Christian Church and the Jasper County Home Extension. She was a great seamstress, enjoyed reading, gardening and taught Bible study.

Grandchildren - Brent (Doris)Cox of Louisville, Kentucky; Kimberly (David) Polanco of Scottsdale, Arizona; Chlorus (Diane) Cox of Wood River, Illinois; Sharri (Harrell) Kerkhoff of Tuscola, Illinois; John (Amber) Nadler of Newton, Illinois; Erin (Kevin) Wickham of Newton, Illinois; Christy (John) Dietzen of Effingham, Illinois and Donna (Shawn) Fritzjarrald of Altamont, Illinois

Norma was preceded in death by her parents, sons Gary and Dale Nadler, daughter-in-law Janet Nadler, granddaughter-in-law Melissa Nadler, brothers Samuel and Mark Kingery and Irma Laughlin.
