Nova Lee Vaughn, 3 months old, passed away at 7:28 AM on Friday, March 23, 2018 at Clay County Hospital in Flora.

Funeral service will be at 1 PM on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 in the chapel of Thrasher Family Funeral Home in Olney. Visitation will be from 11 AM – 1 PM on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 in the chapel of Thrasher Family Funeral Home. Burial will be at Crest Haven Memorial Park in Claremont. Pastor Gary Wachtel will be officiating.

Nova was born on December 11, 2017 in Olney, the daughter of Bryce Vaughn and April Sager.

She was a joy to be around, one of the best babies her parents could have ever asked for. She was a beautiful little girl full of life and her smile and eyes were so captivating. She had her dad's big blues eyes and was always smiling at people. She was an amazing baby who will be sadly missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.

Nova is survived by her parents Bryce Vaughn of Olney and April Sager of Flora; her paternal grandparents Jimmie Vaughn Jr. and wife Wendy of Flora and Nikki Carie and husband Brad of Washington, Indiana; maternal grandmother Patsy Sager of Olney; paternal great-grandparents, Jimmie D. Vaughn Sr. and wife Lora of Sumner and Ray and Clara Foster of Olney; maternal great-grandparents, Don Sager and wife Bonnie 'Kathleen' of Parkersburg; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; and many, many adopted aunts and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her grandpa Kevin Sager I and paternal great-grandma Imagene Vaughn.

Memorials can be sent to the funeral home to help with final expenses in memory of Nova Lee Vaughn.
