Patricia Gail Haycraft, age 72

February 19, 1952 – March 12, 2024

Patricia Gail Haycraft, age 72, of Newton, Illinois, passed away at 6:01 PM – Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, Indiana.

Visitation will be held 5:00 to 6:00 PM – Monday, March 25, 2024, at Meyer Funeral Home in Newton, Illinois, with a service at 6:00 PM.  The obituary can be viewed, and condolences left www.meyerfh.com.

Patricia was born on February 19, 1952, in Fairfield, Illinois, the daughter of Bertis and Carmen (Cox) Pettigrew.  She married Howard Haycraft on December 19, 1981, and he preceded her in death on December 7, 1994.

Patricia retired from Steven's Industries after several years of service as a cabinet maker.

Patricia enjoyed gardening, landscaping, interior design, Facebook, and going to yard sales.  She was an amateur meteorologist.

Patricia is survived by:

Children – Shawndy Bradham (William Haley) of West Liberty, Illinois; and Monte (Mandy) Bradham of Fairfield, Illinois

Siblings – Burl (Janet) Pettigrew of Fairfield, Illinois; Don (Linda) Pettigrew of Fairfield, Illinois; Claranell (Bruce) Webb of Grayville, Illinois; and Rick (Tammy) Pettigrew of Clarksville, Tennessee

3 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter Meagan Bradham, and a sister Deloris Jean Jones.
