Patricia Gale Slover, age 74, of Calhoun, passed away on March 4, 2015 at Richland Memorial Hospital, in Olney.

Celebration of Life service is Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 11 AM at Calvary Baptist Church. Cremation rites will be accorded. Thrasher Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Patricia was born on November 18, 1940 in Lawrence County, the daughter of Bert and Gladys (Parrot) Heath. She married George "Jack" Slover on January 15, 1957 in Lawrenceville. He preceded her in death on November 27, 2012.

She worked as a hair dresser for many years in Olney. She loved quilting and counted cross stitch. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Olney. She will be sadly missed by her family, friends and all who knew her.

Patricia raised 5 kids, Galen (Betty) Slover, Tim Slover, Stephanie Slover, Patrick (Brenda) Slover, and Dustin (Misty) Slover. She had 10 grandchildren, Josh (Celina) Kocher, Natalie Kocher, Nicholas Slover, Lindsey Slover-Rivers, Bayle Slover, Laine Slover, Keilan Slover, Madailein Slover, and Alannah Slover; 1 great-grandchild Katelin Huelsmann.

She is preceded in death by her husband Jack Slover, parents Bert and Gladys Heath, 3 sisters, Peggy Wendt, Kathleen Goff, and Faye Carver.
