Patricia E. Taggart, 78 of Hazel Dell, Illinois passed away at 1:55 PM - Thursday, June 10, 2021, at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois.
Funeral services celebrating Patricia's life will be held at 2:00 PM - Thursday, June 24, 2021 at the First Southern Baptist Church in Greenup, Illinois, with Pastor Brooke Davis officiating.  Burial will be in the Hazel Dell South Cemetery in Hazel Dell, Illinois.  Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service at the church. Patricia was born on November 15, 1942, in Pontiac, Illinois, the daughter of Mary Margaret (Wilson) and Rudolf Magnus Koltveit.  She married Marshall William Taggart on December 29, 1999, he passed two days after Patricia on June 12, 2021.

Patricia was retired from MasterBrand and was a former welder for Caterpillar and Progress Tanks.

Patricia was a member of the First Southern Baptist Church in Greenup, Illinois.  She enjoyed working in her flower garden, crocheting, counted cross stitch, listening to music and a good laugh.

Patricia is survived by:

Children - Suzanne Fourman-Pittsley, Michael Montgomery of Camden, Tennessee, Thomas (Grace) Montgomery of Weldon, Illinois; Valerie (Michael) Griffin of Camargo, Illinois and Theenda (Aaron) Wilson of Tuscola, Illinois.
Step children - Cindy (Bruce) Toler of Mesa, Arizona and Ramona Taggart of Hepzibah, Georgia.
Grandchildren - Kristin Fourman, Christopher Badger, Joshua Fourman, Patrick Badger, Karissa Yu, Caleb Reynolds, Anthony Reynolds, MacKenzie Wilson and Tomas Montgomery

10 Great Grandchildren, 8 step-grandchildren and 14 step great grandchildren.

Brother - William "Bill" (Becky) Koltveit of Colorado Springs, Colorado

Sister - Joan (Jim) Johnson of Fredonia, Kentucky.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, siblings Sharon Meyers, Kenneth Koltveit and Rose Mary Koltveit; son Dennis Badger, grandson Troy Wilson; step-sons Randall Taggart and Michael Taggart.
