Paula (Royse) Clark, age 64, of Parkersburg, passed away at 2:25 PM on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at Carle Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney.

Family and friends are invited to a get together to celebrate Paula's life at a later date. Cremation rites will be accorded. Thrasher Family Funeral Home is assisting the family.

Paula was born on March 30, 1956 in Olney the daughter of Ernest and Alma (Jenkins) Royse. She later married Jim Clark who preceded her in death.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church in Olney. She loved spending time with her grandkids and working in the yard. She will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.

Paula is survived by her fiancé John Scott of Parkersburg; 2 sons Karl Bock (Tyneal) of Olney and Mike Clark (Jessica) of West Salem; 3 daughters Gloria Stovall (Jesse) of Dundas, Cayti Clark and Zoey Clark both of Parkersburg; 4 sisters Anita (George) Westall of Noble, Marilyn (Kirk) Jefferis of Springfield, Joanne (Alan) Bunning of West Layfette, IN and Carolyn (Robert) Norton Jr. of Auburn, AL; 3 brothers, Merle (Lana) Royse of Olney, Neil (Deb) Royse of Champaign, Ivan Royse of Olney; 8 grandchildren Macayla Strader, Mark Strader, Trevor Clark, Morgan Clark, Anson Bock, Bentley Stovall, Braeda Stovall, and Brynlee Stovall; and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband Jim Clark, parents Ernest and Alma Royse, brother Julian Royse, sister Wilma 'Laine" Dickey and grandson James Clark.
