Ressie Gantenbein, 69, of Olney, passed away at 4:30 AM on Tuesday, April 16, 2019, at her residence in Olney.

Memorial service and dinner will be at 12 PM (NOON) on Sunday, April 21, 2019 at Christ Church located at 311 E. Glenwood in Olney. Cremation rites will be accorded.

Ressie was born on September 4, 1949 the daughter of Eugene White and Daisy Cochran. She later married Bob Gantenbein on August 27, 1966 in Claremont. He survives.

She was a health care provider for many years. She was a member of Eureka Church of Christ. She enjoyed quilting, reading and doing crossword puzzles. She will be sadly missed by her family, friends and all who knew her.

Ressie is survived by her husband Bob Gantenbein of Olney; son Robbie Gantenbein (Angie) of Olney; daughter Gina Gantenbein of Olney; step-brother Rick Cochran of West Salem; sister Susie Ray Diver of Florida and step-sister Bobbie Cochran of Grayville; and 3 grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents.
