Rhonda Renee Toy, age 52 of Olney, passed away at 10:26 PM on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at her daughter's residence in Noble.

Funeral service will be at 1 PM on Monday, April 23, 2018 in the chapel of Thrasher Family Funeral Home in Olney. Visitation will be from 11 AM – 1 PM on Monday, April 23, 2018 in the chapel of Thrasher Family Funeral Home in Olney. Burial will be at Clay City Cemetery in Clay City.

Rhonda was born on September 10, 1965 in Olney, the daughter of Ronald and Hazel (McDowell) Bell.

She worked at Champion Laboratories in Albion. She was a member of First Assembly of God in Olney. She was a member of the Better Breathers Club in Vincennes. She enjoyed reading, listening to music and drawing cats. She will be sadly missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.

Rhonda is survived by her 2 daughters, Kelly Michels (Brandan) of Madisonville, KY and Jayne McClenning (fiancé Tanner Milburn) of Noble; 3 brothers, Dave Bell of Morris, IL, Rick Bell (companion Teri Rakes) of Pittsburg, MO and Greg Bell (Diana) of Walnut, IL; 2 grandchildren, Valerie and Lukas Milburn; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents Ronald and Hazel Bell.
