Richard Glotzbach, age 66, of Olney, passed away at 9:55 PM on Wednesday, April 15, 2020 at Carle Richland Memorial Hospital.

No services are being arranged at this time. Cremation rites will be accorded. Thrasher Family Funeral Home is assisting the family.

Richard was born on August 22, 1953 in Lawrenceville, the son of George and Bertha (Fulton) Glotzbach. He later married Bonnie Nole on October 9, 1999 in Olney. She survives.

He worked as an artist for many years. He enjoyed playing video games, reading books, writing poetry and short stories. He also enjoyed doing artwork, leather working, and jewelry making. He will be sadly missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.

Richard is survived by his wife Bonnie Glotzbach of Olney; step-son Daniel Mora and wife Michelle of Sumner; daughter Shana Ericksen of Olney; brother Terri Skelton and wife Peggy of Louisville, KY; sister Marilyn Treece and husband Doug of Olney; granddaughter Danielle Ericksen.

He is preceded in death by his parents George and Bertha Glotzbach, brother Donald Skelton, and grandmother Mary Elizabeth Fulton.
