Ricky L. Nicholas, age 46, peacefully passed on January 17, 2025.

Funeral Services for Ricky will be held on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at 11:00 AM with a visitation for friends and family starting at 10:00 AM until service time, at the Meyer Funeral Home in Olney, Illinois. Ricky was born on March 12, 1978, in Olney, Illinois, the son of Jeffry and Becky (Davidson) Nicholas Sr.

Ricky had many health challenges in life but dealt with them in the best way possible.  He enjoyed being outdoors as often as he could and loved nature. He would spend his time playing board games with friends and family, playing video games, and loved good food.

Ricky is survived by his siblings; Jeffry and Felda Nicholas of Olney, Illinois,
Jesse Nicholas of Mattoon, Illinois, and Misty Yager of Noble, Illinois.
nephews; Alexander, Julian, Ethan and Evan Nicholas,
nieces; Venessa, Victoria, Valerie and Ava Yager
Many cousins and other relatives.
