Robert Edwin Williams, 87 of Olney, passed away at 1:13 AM on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at Helia Healthcare in Olney.

Private graveside service will be on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at Greenhill Cemetery in rural Richland County.

Robert was born on July 12, 1934 in Dixon, IL the son of William Thomas and Media (Howard) Williams. He later married Judy Anderson on March 1, 1969 in Dundas. She survives.

He worked at the Unemployment Office for the State of Illinois for many years. He was a member of Mt. Gilead Church.

Robert is survived by his wife Judy Williams; 2 sons Bradford Williams and wife Laura, and Scott Williams and wife Julie; sister Margie Williams; 5 grandsons Carter, Jackson, Cooper, Dyllan and Allex Williams; brother-in-law Jim Green; 2 sisters-in-law Barb Faggetti and Carol Anderson; and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents William and Media Williams; infant daughter Lynn Ann and sister Janet (Williams) Green.
