Ronald Wayne Harmon, age 52 of West Liberty, passed away at 6:00 PM, on Thursday, October 17th, 2013 at his residence in West Liberty.
Visitation will be Monday, October 21st, 2013 from 11:00 AM - 12 (Noon) in the chapel of Stasi-Grove Funeral Home with funeral service following at 12 (Noon). Burial will be at Maple Dale Cemetery in Olney. Reverend Kevin Pittman will be officiating the service.
Ronald was born on June 2nd, 1961 in Olney, the son of James A. Harmon and Estella (Galloway) Morris. His father precedes him.
He enjoyed fishing and being outdoors and spending time with his family. He will be sadly missed by his family, friends, neighbors, and all who knew him.
Ronald is survived by his mother Estella Morris and her companion Robert Harmon of West Liberty; three brothers, Bob Morris and his wife Kimberly of Noble, Dewayne Morris and his wife Karen of Olney, and Bradley Morris and his wife Lindsey of Olney; three sisters, Sheila Downey and her husband William of Olney, Sandra Tovo and her companion Ed Schultz of Olney, and Sharon Booth and her husband Timothy of Greenup and adopted sister May Malone of Olney; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father James A. Harmon, paternal grandparents Richard and Anna Harmon and maternal grandparents Edgar and Elizabeth Dowds.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
